David discovered in the last few years of his life, a desire and talent in
photography.  LWAC is working to bring David's dream to reality by
getting his photo's available to the public.  Please click on the icon above
to view some samples of his photography, and check back with us for any
updates on where his work can and will be available for purchase.
David was diagnosed with inoperable cancer in 2005, more than
likely resulting from his tour in Iraq during Desert Storm.  Because of
his disease, he eventually became unable to work and lost his
insurance.   LWAC members stepped in to help keep David's
insurance premium paid during the last months of his life. .
Good things happen and move when people "Live With A Cause".

LWAC would like to share with you an email from Matt Cline.  Matt is a young man who decided to "Live With A
Cause"
for David Potts , and this was the result, just weeks before David's life was cut short:

" I have worked it out with my supervisor, and we are going to print David's photos on some different items and put
a link on his web-site to order them. Anything above cost goes to David. I just talked to him. We are going to talk
next week, and get some details worked out. I also had a meeting today in Adams Co. With the Ohio Arts Council,
and they want to see some of David's work, because they are going to need a photographer for the Ohio Quilt Barn
Project. You will not believe how all this has worked out this week. There is definitely too much to type, I'll have to
share the story with you Sunday. It is truly amazing. I sought out this week to live with a cause, and God has put the
right resources at my fingertips. There is not a greater feeling, than the Spirit of God working in your life to make a
difference in others.   I am Committed this Day to Live With A Cause! "

Bro. Matt

David Potts wrote in our guest book:

I just want to thank LWAC for the interest in me and the help I've received. Bills have been doing their best to
overwhelm me, especially now that I'm no longer able to work, but donations I've received because of LWAC have
really helped to stem the tide. Also, Matt Cline has been an answer to prayer. Because he was thinking of me
recently, I now have a couple of doors opening for my photography.
I'm now sold on LWAC. I'll be talking about it with my Pastor soon, and with anyone else who might be interested.
Probably with some who might NOT be interested also!

We miss you, David, and thank you for your service to our country,
realizing that you were one of many that gave your life for our freedom
after returning home from war.
